WINNERS 2010 AUSTRALIAN OFF ROAD CHAMPIONSHIP

Congratulations to Chris & Stuey on an awesome win again in 2010 Season of the Australian Off Road Championship - Extreme 2WD Class. Well done team, for back to back wins in 2009 and 2010 season.

MICKEY THOMPSON ANNOUNCES CONTINUED SPONSORSHIP FOR SEASON 2010 AND THEIR FIRST AUSTRALIAN TV ADVERTISEMENT

Mickey Thompson has announced their continued sponsorship with Queensland based Off Road Race Team Off Road Rush for Season 2010.

Brad Smith from Mickey Thompson Australia announced the deal, continuing the relationship started in 2009, that saw the Off Road Rush Team become the Extreme 2WD Champions for the 2009 Australian Off Road Championship.

"For us (Mickey Thompson) this represents a talented partnership as Mickey Thompson was so heavily involved in Off-road Racing in the USA and innovated tyres and vehicles particularly for Off-road racing, many of the original innovations are still used today"

This year sees the Chevy Rush Truck bigger and better with upgrades on all major components as once again it battles the Extreme 2WD Class in the Australian Off Road Championship looking for consistent podium results at each event. Once again Chris Western will drive with Stuey Bishop as Navigator, with the intention of retaining the 401 number in 2010 and having the time of their lives!

"You only have to look at the vehicle to see it is first class. Being the first of its kind built here in Australia we are confident with the improvements this year the truck is going to be extremely competitive and a front runner at all events" continued Brad Smith.
